Level 4 is the capstone of the curriculum, bringing each of the twenty-one streams of classical Vedic astrology (Jyotiṣa) to mastery — the fourth and final level. It completes the cosmological and calendrical picture, the finest calculation and divisional charts (through the D60), the subtlest special lagnas and composite sphuṭas, the advanced yoga, bala, avasthā and longevity systems, the most specialised daśās, the Kerala praśna and muhūrta methods, and the highest remedial and mantra practice. The curriculum follows the classical tradition, whose principal reference is the Bṛhat Parāśara Horā Śāstra.
